Rachel Goldman, a commercial real estate advisor, brings real estate academic knowledge, and business management skills to her clients. Rachel blends her academic knowledge with real-world applications. She’s been a serial entrepreneur for most of her life, and has developed, manufactured, globally imported/ exported, and marketed several USPTO-granted patents. Aside from that, she has operated and sold a restaurant. Having experience in SEC syndications, she believes that evaluating each property carefully to determine its strengths and weaknesses allows maximum efficiency and profitability. Rachel has entitlement and ground-up development experience. She often thinks like her male counterparts to succeed in a predominantly male industry. Rachel has an innovative imagination who’s unafraid to think outside the box, for her clients!
She is a proud member of the Pentecostal Church, Chabad-Lubavitch of Sarasota, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), CREW Network, and the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC). She diligently enjoys working on hotels, multifamily, land, RV resorts, healthcare, industrial and self-storage deals.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State, a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing a dual degree MBA + Masters in Real Estate Development.
When she’s not working, she enjoys cycling the Legacy Trail, camping, and skiing the east with family and friends.
